The slide is closed, the tire is flat, I bought the ticket online but I have to queue at the cashier. What's the point of booking online using the app if I have to exchange the ticket at the cashier and queue too?

It's been a long time since I went to a waterboom and the first time I went there, it was disappointing.. the water was dirty, the slide couldn't be used.. I rented a tire but it went flat..

Suggestions for Lippo Waterboom, maybe in the future they can maintain the quality of the pool, such as the pool floor that has been loose and has caused injuries to the consumer's feet, then the current pool, please clean it because there are so many leaves that fall into the pool, there are also many animals, yesterday I saw a frog that made my swimming appetite not in the mood anymore, it's natural because the place is also in nature, that's the concept, but I'm still ticklish, then hopefully they will add more pools so that consumers don't get bored swimming, hopefully the slides will also operate again soon. for the bathroom, the cleanliness is very clean, I feel comfortable using it.. for security, it's safe because I came when it was quiet.. hopefully it will be fixed soon so that consumers feel comfortable having fun.. thank you ^^

The rides are good and complete. There is a high pool slide for children. It's quite high. My 3.5 year old child is very brave to go up it again and again. The ticket price is quite cheap. If you want to go there again, buy the ticket at Traveloka so you can get a promo.
