Coming in the afternoon, the queue was the same as the other patients, it seemed to be a little long, then for the registration area and the PCr procedure, it was different, the PCr was near the emergency room but outside it was not in the emergency room. So far it's still ok to be served well even though it's late.

Hospital is always too crowded especially if you don’t go in the morning. They still use old school system where you need to take a physical queue number. You also need to queue twice, once to tell them what you need and another time to pay. Saw several customers complain because of the long wait. If you need rapid test or PCR better go to drive through service elsewhere since they are also linked to PeduliLindungi app

All the services I received at this hospital were very satisfying. Starting from arrival, exchanging vouchers online is very easy and fast, I didn't have to wait long with long queues, immediately served well and friendly by all the officers. Health protocols are implemented well. I was at Siloam Hospital Bali yesterday for RT-PCR, the results came out quickly. Very helpful. The process doesn't take long either. But first you have to fill in the registration link before you want to RT-PCR so you don't run out of quota

It's too complicated to fill in the data, it should be enough at the hospital to scan or go straight to the inspection process. (data applications that must be filled in, it is better to directly participate in filling out the application at Traveloka).

Alhamdulillah, from my personal experience during the pandemic, which required a PCR or antigen test as a condition for traveling by air, this time at Siloam Bali I experienced inhumane service because the process from redeeming vouchers to the implementation of sampling took hours with uncomfortable conditions. In the middle of the hot sun, you have to stand for a long time in the open without a seat, it really makes you tired to come back. Sorry, hospitals like Siloam are not professional in serving their customers who are left standing in line for a long time in the hot sun without any mercy. Regards
