The motel was close to all the places we were visiting, and nice and quite, clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely motel, unfortunately when we stayed the spa was cold. We had my mum with us and had to change her room as the bed was to high for her and the shower was in the bath. Not sure if it 's the same with all balcony rooms.

Front office not that friendly. Was trying to explain that I have requested twin bed instead of king bed but directly said because this is booking under third party, not guaranteed.

Great location with clean, well appointed rooms that are value for money. But the gold star goes to Zac for going above and beyond to accommodate our families. I highly recommend Quest Albury and will definitely be staying there on my next visit to Albury.

The hotel doesn't offer slippers. The place is shady, it's so scary. Even the parking lot, it looks like someone is just watching you from afar. It looks dangerous. They also didn't remind us about early check out (10am), we paid 50 AUD just for 30 mins extension. The pool is dirty and even the gym. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in so far.

$ 60 Or $ 70 wld be my expectation per night. Stayed in better and cheaper in Hobart. Room is freezing, no carpet. Very old and outdated but very clean. Luckily had my own blankets with me as only 1 thin one on the bed, ice on the car overnight, I wld have frozen. No electric blanket. Good for emergency accom.
