We got the special teddy bear collection room and very surprised because it 's so cute. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is very strategic because it 's just in front of subway station chongwenmen. Walkable to various shopping mall such as glory mall, new world mall.

Old hotel, we got room 1012 and it was in the basement. We stayed for 3 nights. Hotel's location is inside a small street. You need to walk about 15-20 minutes from Tiananmen east subway station. Need deposit 200 rmb but when we check out it will takes time to get back the deposit. We check put around 7.00am in the morning and they need about 30 minutes to check and return the deposit. The staff is not friendly, no smile at all when they serve us. Really not recommended for staying. I really regret had booked this hotel.

Hotel location is perfect, very close to Wangfujing street. Malls, place to dining, shopping and hang out. Room is quite big, Receptionist is very friendly and can speak English. Price is affordable. Very recommended hotel when you visit Beijing.

The train station is just right beside the hotel, the hotel is spacious and clean. Receptionist is friendly, and helped arrange for transportation to other places with reasonable price, specially thanks to Alisa and Jason for their friendly help

Very nice hotel in a very good location. A short 5 mins walk to the Central of shopping district. The hotel located next to regent hotel. Don't use google maps since the location can be misleading. Would totally come back here again in the future

during check we tell them that we are 3 person booking for 3 person and paid for 3 person and have 3 breakfast but they refused to prepare for 3 only 2. after long conversation they agreed to prep room for 3 but after we entered the room, it's only for 2 ! so we go down again and have conversation again..and there's a mam who wise enough to understand and prep our room for 3

The room is very big. During winter season, there is only heater air conditioning, if you like colder room, you can only off the air conditioning and open the window. The cabinet door that stores the refrigerator is faulty. I called the housekeeping, they just asked me to slam shut it. Every time we open the cabinet door, we have to try a lot of times to shut it. If you do not close the door, the lighting in the cabinet will light up which will affect the room lighting when sleeping. The pillows are quite flat and thin. Even stacking two pillows also will sink down. Can feel that the room facilities are quite old and dated. Need upgrading.
