Thank you for the hospitality, we really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is nice. While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. We went there for a company retreat which just nice that the Family Caravan provides 2 bedrooms and a living room that very useful for our private sessions. The Caravan is looking brand new, very clean, hot shower is available, the scenery is refreshing, and definitely the slanting outdoor lift is stunning with gorgeous view!

Everythink looks nice for four star hotel. But price was rather high almost 1 million IDR for duluxe room. I choose the room for meeting form online agency. Food are good but still expecting more such as international menu such as sushi etc. Staff all great, wide lobby and car parking for medium mvp must ask a help from staff for having more space. Surrounding also excellent, have wide trotoar for pedestrian and many food just on foot.

Always love to staying at House Sangkuriang whenever my family go to Bandung for short vacation. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially Pak Wandi who help us to fulfil our request and the security who wash my car even we don't ask for him to do it. And the location is great, ohya every room had a little balcony, enough for you to feel the fresh air and having a good air circulation. The bad side is not from the hotel, but from the other guest sitting around the pool or breakfast near pool with many kids or even babies enjoying their swimming time but the adult/other guests is smoking. Make the air quality become worst and full of smoke and not good for the kids or even people who have allergic with smoke. Maybe hotel can make a suggestion or rules for the guest not to smoking near pool area? (No Smoking Area in public area)

The hotel is nice, we stayed in triple room for 3 nights. The room is spacious and nice! but the variety of b'fast need to be improved and please provide a small fridge in the room. Love their creativity, I booked for my daughter birthday staycation. And I gave the information just in the morning of my staycation day about this through ig dm. Probably because of the high traffic, they didn't respond so I just thought that they can't prepare the decoration or the decoration need extra charge. But surprisingly when we arrived, the receptionist say hi to my daughter and ask who is having a birthday. She looked so happy and amazed that the hotel staff know about her birthday. They also provided a tepee tent at my room that make this hotel my daughter 's number 1 list hotel. They also have3 a free riding horse, a free rabbit feeding and also a free fish feeding. My daughter gave you not just 5 stars but 10 stars hotel. Love this hotel.

THE 1O1 Bandung Dago
I had the pleasure of staying at 101 Dago during Lebaran Holiday, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The lobby had a warm, inviting atmosphere, and I immediately felt at home.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the luxurious and large bedding, which ensured a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with good quality toiletries.
The hotel’s location was perfect – close to supermarket and restaurants.
One of the highlights was the excellent check in staff, Rahman, and the restaurant staff, Afrizal.
Beside that, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.
Whether it was the concierge’s helpful suggestions for things to do or the housekeeping staff’s attention to detail, it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority.
