The room, views, and bathroom were clean. However, the air conditioning wasn't as cold as we expected. Long story short, we had to speak with the receptionist several times, but eventually, they allowed us to move to another room.

Ms. Fatmi and Mr. Kadek help me check in nicely and I had to take away my breakfast in the morning. Room are spacious and clean.

Overall this hotel is good for staycation especially with family.

It was good place with good view but they can improve for the detail especially the room. For the amenities, for the wall painting (some spot in the bathroom looks yellow and not so clean), for the bed (can be more pluffy). Staff is nice and helpful. With the price what we pay when you compare with Bali, it should be much better 🤷🏻

Best resort in Lombok so far. The room, the view, the food, the service all great. Best for staycation

Good service, nice place and near everywhere in sengigi beach.

Stunning view from every angle, we could see Mount Agung Bali, and 2 Gili Islands from the lobby and from our room. We stayed in family room, it was huge with 2 big beds, bathroom with waterfall style (kids loved it) and a very spacious living outdoor area with big sofa, TV (unfortunately the TV was broken, but it was no problem since we got the big screen scenery 😎), Breakfast very good, owner and the staff very friendly and helpful. But this hotel is not recommended for family who has little children because most area are not safe, stairs has no railings. Would love to come back.
