I have a wonderful experience during my 2 nights stay here. Everything just beyond perfect. Their customer complaint handling just spot on! First we planned to stay just for a night, but my daughter loved it here so we decided to spend another night here, we can do many things in this resort because they provide many activities as part of hotel facilities. They provide a tasty blackforest cake as a compliment for my birthday and they surprised me with a cute handcrafted towel as well, which a very thoughtful service they provide during my birthday staycation! Thank you so much, Singhasari. Will surely be back here again very soon 💙

Nice, small & clean with an affordable price. unfortunately, staffs were not friendly enough & there's some curfew for gate. Felt like we're not at the hotel. Please do fix these matters. Thank you.
