I stayed in the villa with 2 bed rooms with a private swimming pool and jacuzzi. The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures: spacious, super comfy and clean. The breakfast was delicious too. Surely will come back again. Thank you Aston Sentul Lake Resort. We got a surprise cake for my son's Graduation celebration. 👍👏

I revisited the place and glad to know they already acknowledged my previous requests like providing Cappucino at the breakfast hours. Some tips if you want to have the best view, choose Wing B, high floor, pool view. My previous staying was at Wing B and the view was awesome.

The parking lot quite big with several floors for parking lot. Check in quite fast with comfortable lobby and free welcome ice cream, drinks and snack. The guest room is quite spacious and clean. One of the best kid-friendly hotels. There are many activities for children to try. The check-in process was quick, and the receptionist provided detailed information. However, during checkout, when I asked the receptionist (a woman) about a lost & found lumbar brace, she immediately said there was none. Since I was still curious, I called the hotel and was connected to the operator (a man), who was very helpful. He quickly followed up and informed me that my item had been found and could be retrieved.
Thank you to the staff member (whose name I forgot to ask) for the effort in locating my lost item. I truly appreciate it.
