Overall was a good stay. From arrival, the concierge is helpful, parking spaces are adequate, and the check was smooth. We booked 2 rooms and asked for connecting doors and we have them as requested. Welcome drink provided in nearby pool cafe. The room is clean, amenities are good considering this is a family budget hotel. The balcony was spacious. Our room view is a nearby the construction site, Andalusia Mosque and toll road. Not very great unless you get the mountain view rooms. Breakfast is also served properly, the variety is good and enough, no complaints on taste/service. All good. The only issue we had during our stay is since this is Ramadan the nearby Andalusia Mosque's massive loudspeaker will ensure you are waking up at 2 AM for sahoor and staying awake for another hour or so during morning prayers. Other than that, the stay is perfect. A quick getaway from Jakarta and nearby Pasar Ah Poong within walking distance. The hotel even provided a sky bridge direct to Pasar Ah Poong but it was closed during our stay. Thanks, Alana Sentul. It was a good stay even better than Aston Sentul's few km drive uphill.

I was stayed 3 nights with family and booked 2 deluxe room. The staff were very helpful and always greeting even though there were lot of weddings on goong. The room is spacious and kids can enjoy circuit-view with some racing cars. We also happy to know that hotel also has kids activities beside swimming pool (archery, paint ball). We are glad to know that hotel made breakfast schedule (available 3 optional hours). The only thing that also need to be made as breakfast is the swimming pool. It should be divided for each 2 hours with max 2 pax per room, so it will not too hectic in pool and surrounding. Best success for the hotel and staff. Stay healthy.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and has good ambience for family staycation. Unfortunately there is a little bit problem when I tried to rest at night because the live music stage too close with my room, the music was noisy and disturbing.

I forgot to take a picture ~ however the worse thing is breakfast

BIGLAND Hotel & Convention Sentul
The receptionist was not friendly. I requested a 1-hour late check out but they didn't approve. Very disappointed on this, even a 5-star hotel gave us a late check out, but this hotel did not. Food was terrible. How come a hotel ran out of eggs? The management of food was terrible. Bathroom was smelly. Mini bar was broken. Very disappointed with my stay here.

Approaching Eid al-Fitr 2025, our family stayed at the Harris Sentul Hotel with a beautiful natural view from the 5th floor of our hotel room. We are grateful for the beautiful nature that we can enjoy during a 3-day 2-night vacation with the comfort of a clean hotel room and cold air conditioning, as well as excellent hotel service (in the month of Ramadan when fasting is still ongoing)

I recently stayed at Aston Sentul Resort, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a family getaway or a short escape from the hustle and bustle of Jakarta. What I liked:✔️ Lush greenery and fresh air, creating a peaceful and refreshing environment.✔️ Great facilities, including a swimming pool, children's playground, and spacious outdoor areas.✔️ Friendly and attentive staff, always ready to assist.✔️ Varied breakfast options, with delicious food selections. Areas for improvement:➖ During peak times, some facilities like the restaurant can get quite crowded.➖ The parking area could be more spacious for added convenience. Overall, Aston Sentul Resort is a great choice for a relaxing family vacation. I would definitely consider staying here again.

New Green Sentul Resort & Hotel
Swimming pool is dirty and sheet on the bed as well. On the other hand access to the venue just had been not supported by a proper road.
