Hotels in Berau

It was a short escape that really nice staying in neo hotel. Quite and the room was large for me and hubby.

I book for my co worker, but they complain, the hotel towel was full with ant. They want to exchange hotel but I can't refund. I guess the time has flies for the Golden age for this hotel.

Overall saya puas dengan bangunan hotel, tapi. Saya kecewa dengan resepsionis waktu check in. Saya sudah pesan jangan diganggu perkara sahur. Saya sudah pesan berulang kali, tapi dia mungkin lupa karena sibuk ngobrol dengan temannya. Jam 4 kamar di bel, ting tong, saya kebangun tidur saya terganggu Saya bener2 kecewa.

Jangan bilang ada kolam renang kalo gak bisa berenang 😆 karena kolam renang kecil itu hanya untuk guest villa 😂 itupun ketika kita bertanya pada cleaningservice.

Recommendedjust for rest, no recommendedfor work from hotel. No wifi connection.

Good hotel and good hospitality.

The hotel very nice and fresh because still new. Good price rate compare to other similar hotel at Berau. Large Parking. A little bit noise because still have some construction.

Staff speak English very good. Everybody is friendly, trying to help. I'm in love this place
