Third time staying here because my child likes the soccer field and swimming pool. The room is spacious, coincidentally booked one facing the field, nice view and there is a balcony. Breakfast is varied and quite tasty. Accents everywhere are easy. Unfortunately there are several things that must be considered if you still hope for guests to return.
1. Towels and mats are not available. So asked for them first and then delivered. Maybe because of the Eid holiday so it was a mess, but towels and so on are indeed very standard and must be available upon check-in.
2. Tea, coffee, sugar were also not available until the 2nd day of our stay
3. The sheets are not very clean
4. The curtains are very dirty
5. The bathroom is not very clean, the floor is slippery, the walls need to be brushed
6. The corridor to the room is not very clean
7. The lights in the lobby are too dim

The dirty room floor has not been swept. The bathroom has many dripping leaks from the floor above. Sugar, tea, coffee are not available when entering the room, there is no room phone. There is no hot water in the shower.

I booked 2 rooms. The door was sluggish, the AC was not cold, the bathroom smelled of urine when I first entered, and the breakfast at the restaurant was not at all. The blanket was a bit smelly. So I used a blanket specifically for inside the car. The food variety was limited and ran out quickly, the refills were limited. I ran out of time just because of the queue. When it was my turn, the food was already finished, there was no staff to control the flow of food, there was only a runner and a kitchen person. It was really bad.

For the room, the curtains were very dirty when we entered, the toilet was not clean and there was no tissue in the toilet. For breakfast, I was very disappointed. During holidays, there were many customers, all the food was finished and it took a long time to refill it. I wanted to drink coffee and tea but it was already finished. The food is not recommended, only fried rice, white rice, noodles which in my opinion were only fried, and chicken stew which tasted bad. There was no chicken porridge so it was difficult for those with small children even though it is common in hotels everywhere, there was no omelet. The only food that could be eaten was pancakes and the queue was like distributing basic necessities. There was no breadtoast either. Everything was simple and lacking. Please pay attention again. The service was very good

Got a room with an AC that felt like a fan in 311 because it was hot, finally went to the receptionist to ask for a room change, was given a room change, then got a room where the sheets hadn't been changed because they were crumpled and dirty, there were traces of food leftovers on the mattress.
