While the room and location were excellent, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor service.
First, the check-in process took way too long. After a long journey, the last thing I wanted was to wait endlessly just to get my room. The front desk and houskeeper seemed understaffed, and the process was frustratingly slow. The staff didn’t bother to explain anything about the room—no details about the amenities, WiFi, or even breakfast timing. I had to figure everything out myself.
Breakfast was another letdown. The food tasted bland and unappetizing—not what I expected from a hotel of this standard. On top of that, there were no forks or spoons available when I went to grab my meal, and I had to wait for the staff to bring more. The dining area was also poorly managed, with tables left dirty for too long before being cleaned, making it difficult to find a seat.
To end things on another frustrating note, check-out was just as inefficient. The hotel offered to pick us up with a shuttle, but after waiting 30 minutes with no sign of it, we decided to just walk to the lobby ourselves. It was an unnecessary hassle that could have been avoided with better coordination.
That being said, the room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, which was a relief after the frustrating start. The location was also very convenient.
Overall, while the room and location were great, the service issues really affected my stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the efficiency of their staff.
