- check in: smooth, staff was helpfull. deposit 100k for the 2nd room card - room: spacious space, complete kitchen space - bathroom: clean, rain shower only, hot water works well - parking space: very big in the basement - breakfast food: standard 4 stars hotel with decent taste, no omelete no ice cream. best to arrive at early time to avoid crowded situation, although they have a lot of seats Overall, I might come back here since their price is quite cheap compared with what we get especially the room space. Tips: if you like spacious room, choose the one with sofa which has around 100k more expensive but very useful for seating area

those who can see things, come with ur own risk. especially those with babies, mine was crying unstoppably glancing to the same spot, and i think we can understand why since every hotel most likely have this kinda entity. the bed was large very comfortable altho i asked for non smoking room but still found the smoking traces everywhere, like the bathroom floor, the ashes was scattered without being cleaned up properly. i didnt pay much attention to the sheets nor the pillow since i was so tired, so i suppose i didnt see any particular stain that unacceptable. thus, i chose to stay here bcs its freakin close to the surabaya zoo. anyhow it was comfortable but i dislike their rules, why do they need to keep my id card untill the check out. i might need it so i dont like it.

Ac is very cold and the place is nice
