The hotel itself is really old but maintained well. The location is superb, you can just walk anywhere in the neighbourhood and loads of great places in the area. Hotel service (the hotel staff) are well trained, most of the are seniors, extremely helpful. PS: the hotel carpet smells and the shower is awful.

The place is clean and spacious. It looks like an old building, but it seems well-maintained and the room facilities are quite modern so our room doesn’t feel like an old building at all. The price is totally worth it, we fell in love with this place.

I love this place. This is one of the best apartments you can get around Jakarta. I love the way they placed the bed, desk, even the smoking area. All of their staffs are kind and polite. You will enjoy the scenery and the room ambience. I am one of their happy-customers.

I have a good experience overall, especially with the administration process from check-in until check-out has a high flexibility process, I have forgotten to give the key back to the reception when check-out, while I'm already at the office, and they give me a solution to coming back to the hotel after office hours to give the key back, which I think that a simple solution with saving so much time for me. And I want to give a compliment to Mr Adrian at the front office, taking care of my administration process very well from check-in until check-out, also accompanied by the key problems. Mr Adrian also gives an extra service even if it's only a simple thing, but it matters. Overall I liked this hotel and everything works fine, but I have a recommendation, maybe the room needs to be installed with full carpet, it will feel more luxurious and warm, which can level up the guest experience. Thank you Sotis hotel, see you on another staycation.

Actually the service that hotel given is fantastic. Fast respond. And the staff also very nice and helped. Even though in others side of problem about the room facilities need to be improved and maintain very well. We understood that pandemic condition like this. Most of facilities will be reduced. But still need to keep maintain the building facilities too. So for the next all the facilities and the room ready to use and sell with excellent condition. Anyway. Overall was good. I had amazing stay (non overnight) here. All stafs were so helpful. At first, I was so reluctant and not convinced due to many bad reviews for this property. So I decided to call prior check in and the front office offered me for showing unit. Mba Ardilla from front office was really helpful before and during my stay. They assisted and accommodate our needs very well. They also had a room service to check whether we have everything's covered. One thing I think they should improve is lighting in the hallway. It was really dark and they don't have any room directory so guest can easily lost if not being directed. Marveoulous Suite room we booked has a very large living room and nice interior as it was recently renovated. Definitely will be back again and hope to get the same service.

This is not hotel. This is home! Truly hospitality from the heart, best services, best staffs. They are all friendly, easy going and never failed to make me impressed, I felt like being treated as family. One day a staff say hello to me and we chat. Find out later he was the General Manager (Can't wait to meet you again Mr Ari). Rooms are clean and very comfortable for long stay. The location is perfect and strategic.

The bedroom is nice, clean, but the staff may be forgotten to add another spoon since I found only 1 teaspoon for 2 cup of tea/coffee cup. And I cannot found soap inside the bathroom, only 2 shampoo available. Breakfast buffet just so-so, typically hotel breakfast minus sausages. Fitness center ac is not ON, so its quite hot that time. Swimming pool is on the rooftop. The plus point beside the clean room and nice cozy room is the hotel surrounded by so much restaurant, cafe, bar and supermarket also mall nearby. So its good to stay here and enjoy staycation at south Jakarta. Thanks Park Regis for memorable stay!

The place is good. Not far from main road but it is peacefully quiet. Located inside the neighborhood at Jalan Benda, it has stunning architecture from the outside. The rooms are clean, I love the ambience. The bathroom was quite a bit small. A nice option when you want to spend over a night around Kemang area.
