Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Nice location.

Love to stay at this hotel as they have tasty affordable food for us to order in-dining.

1) Found many bedbug on bed and Big paparoach in the bathroom. 2) the bathroom cabin So dim. 3) air conditioner poor maintenance, not working properly.

Old hotel with old ac but ac is cold enough. Deluxe room is spacious but the furniture are old and updated. Bed not comfortable and I feel itchy. Inside deluxe room have a smart TV. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast only fried rice, bihun goreng and fried egg. They serve coffee but no creamer. Opposite the hotel there is alfamart and warung steak.

Good for family or friends, the security is nice and easy access

An impressive experience stayed here for a night. The staff are friendly, the house is nice and well-organized, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the hot water works well in the bathroom. It’s away from the noise of vehicles because of its location slightly distant from the main road. There’s no AC, only a fan in every bedrooms but that’s not a problem since Garut doesn’t feel too hot. The only minus point was the smell of gas in the TV room. Please fix the stove asap. My suggestion is please provide a broom in every house so guests can tidy up before checking out. I also thank you for the bread and the souvenir that you gave to me. To be honest, I wanted to book for 2 days, but I could only get one night because it was already booked by someone else. That’s how much I love this villa. I’ll definitely come back here if I visit Garut again.
