The staff service was good. What I don't like about this place is the bed is hard and there are a lot of birds chirping outside throughout the night.

The room is OK. But quite a trouble to find kedai makan surrounding.

Bed condition is not so good. Sinking down at Center. Corridor got rework on ceiling and wall. Very unpleasant. Reception is nice when we tell them we drive. Parking until we check out. Toilet bowl never clean properly.

The good thing was they have a big parking lot at the back of the building; The room is big; The hot/cold water for the shower is in good condition. Meanwhile, the bad thing was the toilet/shower is a bit smelly. No perfume/fragrance found. The floor is a bit dusty, especially under the bed. The TV is a bit old. Our room card/key can't open the door. The room also doesn't have a closet but is given only one hanger.

Small inn with comfortable bed.

Travel for business trip in suite room. The room is huge and clean with comfortable bed. The big sofa is my favorite, big enough to lay on the sofa while writing reports 😂.

Location was easy to get along but too noisy.

The room is simple but reasonably clean and comfortable. The building is older and may require some improvements. The hotel staff are gentle, polite, and friendly; They assigned me a room according to my request, which I really appreciated. If you're interested in exploring the old town, this hotel is conveniently located for that purpose. I've heard from a local friend in Batu Pahat that the Japanese restaurant in the hotel is good, although I didn't have a chance to try it myself.
