Hotels near St. Anne's Church

Smelly room, old building, looks like haunted place.

Front desk asking me time to clean room, but until my check out theres no cleaning services. Also I thought room have window but no, I'm asking front desk to changing room during check in time, the boy said to wait til tomorow even morning staff said they have it from that night check in time. It should be better.

In the booking of traveloka we book the room with breakfast for 6 people in 3 rooms. Then in the morning they inform only 1 person can have breakfast in 1 rooom, others should be charged. No one inform us when we check in. Also in the booking doesnt show that we should pay more for breakfast. Staff said “ the number of people in booking is not the number of people have breafast”. Meanwhile, the money we paid to traveloka for breakfast room is higher than non breakfast+ paid at the restaurant for 2 people. Conclusion, it is not a big deal but feeling like being cheat on booking, which I never faced before in other hotels.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to find location.

Overall the location & room is OK. Room 323 air cond noisy and room 312 the water heater is not hot but after complaining the reception manage to changed another room for us.

Nice room with a king-size bed. The bathroom is spacious. A lot of power plugs. Open space car park provided by Majlis Bandaraya, easy to use Flexipark app.

Needs more cleaning, the location is nice thi very near grocery and restaurants. But the rooms and hallways seems to be not well maintained.

Room is clean, location is good. But the room space is a bit small, if two paxs bringing a huge luggage each, you are not able to pack/unpack luggage at the same time due to limited space. Only one mirror available in toilet. Toilet door is almost transparent.

Everything is good, room clean, all stuff so Friendly.

Broken window in both rooms that we booked, insecure & noisy as the rooms are at level 1. Stained bedsheet & towel. Breakfast has limit of 2 eggs per person.
