We arrived the hotel by 9pm and they said the room are not ready to check in. They said some guests are paying for the late check out, so we can’t get in to our room. And they frankly said that that guests pay for the late check out. I mean which hotel give the late check out until 9pm, even though they are paying for it. I also pay for my room to be ready to checked in.

Great location if you like to walk can explore almost everything like Medina and even the Hassan Mosque by walk. Its old hotel but very well maintained, clean and the reseptionists and other staff very nice.

This hotel is very good. The staff very kindly to serve us since check in until checkout. Location is in the central of Casablanca so we can go around by foot. The breakfast has many choice food and do not miss with local tea that very pleasant.
