Luxury Hotels in Da Lat

Beautiful resort with good room (soundproof is not very good though) and staffs. The most significant setback is the food. Morning buffet has a good variation of dishes but each dish is mediocre.

I stay for a night here and really like the night view from my room. The room is clean and good.

I love the view from the balcony. Everything is great except for the sofa in our room is a bit old.

I want to express my good experience staying in this hotel. I was on holiday with 2 children, incredibly beautiful nature, fresh air, a magnificent view of the golf fields. My children really liked that hotel included 2 swimming pools: outdoors and warmed- water indoor. There is also a children ' s playroom. The breakfast is great, a lot of choice. Lunch and Dinner in the ala carte restaurant was also at a high level. The hotel staff is very attentive and good-mannered. The guys at the reception, the restaurant and bar workers, the pool staff-you are very cool and we want to say a big thank you from our family. You made our stay at the hotel unforgettable. We would like to express our special gratitude to Eric. Eric-you are a professional in your field, you care about absolutely every visitor in the hotel and try to make maximum efforts to ensure that the visitor ' s stay is very comfortable. clean room. Having place for parking car.

We booked for 2 nights and everything was good until last day for check out they are very strict and it take a lot of time to check out you need to prepare the time for that. We use purple shampoo and it dropped on towel they thought we make the towel dirty and have to pay the fee. That I never see any hotel check that very detailed but we need to wash for them to prove that it can wash. We almost missed the flight. But the location is good and No AC in the room that what we just know when we arrived anyway it was cold at night.

There is no wifi in the hotel. They also doesn't have iron either

The hotel is near the city center. Unfortunately arrived when they had trouble with overloaded power, which quite affected my experience. But the staffs were friendly and kind, they offered some penalties for the inconveniences. The room is quite clean, but facilities are just "usable". However, it's a nice place to stay comparing with the price.
