Apartment in Makham Tia

I've been traveling for couple decades now and this is one of the best value for a cheap hotel ever! AC, mini fridge, private bathroom, even the sheets smelled nice. Location might be off putting for some, but it 's a steal at this price.

Covid 19 really kill most of the “service business” such as Hotel, rest and etc. This hotel also suffer too. It use to be good but not anymore after Covid.

Location is good, walk to Lotus 's in 1min. Central just drive 5min. Easy to go anywhere in town or other place. Room and service is good.

The staff are great, the place is nice, but there is a chicken business next door that has many roosters that call. The rooms on the side of the low numbers faces the chickens. The other side should be fine, but we couldn't test it. If you call then the staff know about the chickens, so you could ask for the non-chicken rooms/side.

The best breakfast buffet I've found!

Good hotel, Comfort bed, Clean room and Good Breakfast. It 's value for this price charge.

Very nice place I got a feeling they should be having more stars than it does.
