－What You Can Expect－

From bottom to top, Canton Tower is divided into different functional areas. The base part of the tower, or Area A, is used to introduce the history, culture, economy, and tourist attractions of Guangzhou. The crown part of the tower is the E area, which is equipped with catering, entertainment, and a viewing platform.

Canton Tower's entertainment facilities include a high-altitude horizontal Ferris wheel, a vertical sky drop, and a 4D cinema. In addition, there are many other attractions, such as the 488-meter high photography viewing platform, sky viewing hall, popular science tour hall, sky ladder, etc. Don't miss this must-see location in Guangzhou!


－Ticket Info－

Adult ticket: Ages 7 to 59
Children's ticket: 121 cm-150 cm tall children (ages 5 and below or children shorter than 120 cm are free of charge and must be accompanied by at least one adult. Each adult is limited to two free children)
Elderly tickets: 60 years old (inclusive) to 74 years old (inclusive) (Seniors aged 75 or above are free of charge and must show their valid ID); Ages 6 to 18 that are full-time students studying a bachelor's degree or below can enjoy the same fare as the senior ticket with a valid student ID card


— Purchase Notice —

Please bring your ID card to pick up your ticket and enter the tower during the time period you purchased. Tickets are only valid for entry during the time period you purchased. Tickets cannot be used after the time period. Please pay attention to the closing time for entering the tower. If you miss the time period for entering the tower due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the loss caused.
Free tickets are available for seniors aged 75 and above, active military personnel of the People's Republic of China, retired military cadres, fire rescue personnel, disabled people, low-income assistance recipients confirmed by the civil affairs department, and five-guarantee households. With valid documents, go to the ticket office to collect the 433-meter White Cloud Starry Sky Sightseeing Ticket (free ticket) to enter the tower.
Tourists who enjoy preferential policies must present their valid ID when purchasing and checking tickets. Each ID is limited to one ticket and can only be used by the tourist.


－Additional Info－

Opening hours: Canton Tower's business hours are 09:30-22:30, and the time for tourists to enter the tower is 09:30-22:00. Please refer to the announcement at the on-site ticket office for holidays and special event days.
Tickets collection method: Please show your valid ID card when redeeming the ticket and climbing the tower. Please redeem the ticket at the Guangzhou Tower West Ticket Office with the ticket redemption verification code or valid certificate. Tickets must be collected at one time for the same order.
Sightseeing by time slot: Tourists need to redeem tickets and enter the tower according to the time slot when purchasing tickets. Visitors who miss the deadline for entering the tower due to personal reasons cannot enter the tower. The resulting loss shall be borne by the tourists themselves.
Special outage: The outdoor tourist area is easily affected by the weather. Please pay attention to the weather conditions and relevant announcements on Canton Tower's Weibo and WeChat public accounts in time. In case of irresistible factors such as weather on the day of play, or maintenance of mechanical facilities of amusement projects, some projects of Canton Tower will be delayed or suspended.
Suggestions for tours: "Everyone is the first person responsible for their health". Tourists should keep civilized, orderly and wear masks scientifically during the tour.
Security inspection: Please cooperate with the security personnel of Canton Tower to accept the security inspection before entering the tower. Please do not bring the following items to the tower: Inflammable and explosive items such as lighters, beverages, radio-controlled toys, aircraft models, kites, and other items that can be lifted into the air (see the regulations of the Canton Tower Security Inspection Office for details)
Safety Notice: Those who are under 1.4 meters in height, over 1.95 meters in height, over 95 kg in weight, over 65 years old, pregnant women or have acrophobia, high blood pressure, heart disease, mental illness, drinking, wearing prosthetic limbs or mobility issues, etc. Tourists are not suitable to participate in the Sky Drop Combo. Children under 1.5 meters in height must be accompanied by an adult to participate in recreational activities. For tourists who do not comply with the safety regulations of the amusement project, the staff has the right to cancel their playing qualifications, and the tourists themselves shall bear the corresponding economic and legal responsibilities for the adverse consequences.
