Because my flight ticket is July 7, 2021, so I decided to do a test on July 3. July 2021 at 11.00. After taking the sample, I asked the officer again when the results were and they answered Monday the 5th at the earliest and I'll also inform you of my ticket on the 7th, so on the 5th or even 6th it's still okay and answered again Monday afternoon, it can come out and the results will be given via WA. But what happened, on the same date, July 3, at 20.00, the results were out (+/- 8 hours). This means that the document will not be able to be used as a travel requirement because it exceeds the validation time limit (3 Days). From the clinic, there is also no solution that helps or relieves at all, just sorry. This not cheap cost is quite detrimental to me, of course, there are no further problems related to this. I have complained several times but there is no good faith from the clinic to provide a solution and just let go of responsibility. It's better to think about testing at this clinic and Traveloka needs to reconsider cooperation with partners who don't have this kind of commitment because it only harms customers. thank you
