If you've ever watched Harry Potter, you'll love it there. Yesterday I went home alone so I was embarrassed to join the video, but if you go there with friends / children, you'll love it.

The cleanliness is very well maintained. The information boards are very clear. The staff are very friendly. I had a nosebleed during my visit, the staff were very helpful, responsive and friendly. There is a doctor on standby on site. I thought it was just a joke about it taking 4 hours to complete the tour, but it turned out to be true! And I didn't feel bored at all.
