Easy to redeem, on time, boat was comfortable, everyone will be able to get a seat. There’s a mini cafe inside. You can book additional shuttle when needed

It would be better if there were photos guide to where to collect ticket/check-in. I had to asked three people to tell me where it is.
And, it would be better if the package has "airport transfer" option, as currently it has only to old town or beaches transfer.

The quality of service is quite good, the staff is friendly. The ship is clean and the AC is very cold. Get free drinking water and free cut watermelon. Toilet facilities are also quite good. The most affordable prices compared to other ship services. Recommended.
