Very bad experience. Sunworld 2in1 tickets have stopped selling, but Travelloka still sells them to customers. When we got there, we couldn't use them. When we called the operator, no one answered. The two children stood waiting in the sun, arguing for a long time. Finally, luckily, Sunworld's service was good. They sent a staff to upgrade the ticket to 3in1 for us. There will be no second experience.
