The park is ok but when exchanging tickets, the staff exchanged the wrong ticket and the customer had to wait for someone to come out and exchange the ticket and the attitude towards other service staff because they tore it up before the customer was informed to exchange the ticket.

Suoi Tien is currently quite empty, so when playing games you don't have to wait, the restrooms are clean, the price of each game is quite high compared to other places, if you go to Suoi Tien, I recommend playing at the water park, it's the best, bring your own food and drinks will be more delicious 😁

Landscape was like apocalypse. It's damn old and basically needs renovation. All stuff belongs to 20-year-ago construction. Recreation is not beautiful, not modern, not well-structured anymore.

Suoi Tien's staff is very quick. They changed my paper ticket quickly. and transparently. They were gentle and kind. They had a very friendly attitude even though I bought it through apps. Everyone supports Suoi Tien. Please support the apps.

300k is expensive, but you can only play 2 games, the rest is mainly sightseeing, the entrance ticket is too expensive, the amusement park is not beautiful and has degraded, the adventure games are like going for a walk, so I probably won't come back again. Bye Suoi Tien

Enthusiastic and attentive staff.
Quick and convenient ticket exchange.
However, I brought my elderly mother along. Traveloka does not sell tickets for the elderly yet, so when entering the door, it was a bit awkward. When getting free admission, you have to add a combo ticket for the elderly at the tram station, so you waste time at this stage.

It's been a long time since I've been back to Suoi Tien. Usually, those who live nearby rarely go there and we're all 30 years old, so Suoi Tien has been a part of our childhood for a long time. This time I came back to bring my younger brother from the North to play. In general, Suoi Tien is an old amusement park. The game system is diverse but rarely updated and almost remains the same, rarely renovated or renewed. The main entrance ticket at the counter costs 180k, so I decided to buy it on the app for 142k for a cheaper price. The procedure to exchange tickets at the counter is also quick and easy, the staff is enthusiastic and supportive. If you have the opportunity to take your children out this time, it will also be an interesting experience.
