2. Book Your Flight:

  • Complete the booking process for your chosen flight directly on Traveloka’s app or website.

3. Find a Lower Price? Submit a Claim:

  • If you come across a cheaper price for the exact same flight, you can submit a claim to Traveloka within 12 hours of receiving your e-ticket. Ensure the price difference is valid by checking that the cheaper ticket includes identical details such as:
  • Travel dates
  • Flight route
  • Airline
  • Cabin class
  • Fare rules (e.g., refundability or change policies)

4. Claim Processing:

  • Once your claim is submitted, Traveloka will review it. They aim to verify the claim within 24 hours.

5. Receive Compensation:

  • If your claim is approved, Traveloka will reward you with double the price difference in the form of Traveloka Points.
  • These points will be credited to your account within seven days after the flight's departure date.

Eligibility:

The program applies only to flights with the HargaBAGUS label. Check your search results and e-ticket to confirm eligibility.
  • Currency: Claims are valid only for flight bookings made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  • Time Limit: Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving your e-ticket.
  • Claim Limit: The maximum compensation per claim is capped at RM300.
