Perfect location, near station

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room is a bit small for 3 person (2 adult and 1 child), but its worth the price.

The hotel is very close to the central station, it 's clean, comfortable, bright lightings, and compact yet complete room. Definitely recommended!

When I arrived, there was a construction around that the way to find the location was a bit annoying. However, there is another more comfortable route. The room is clean, also the shower room. The check in system was done in less than 5 minutes. It is around 10-minute walk to reach the old town of Ghent and Dampoort station.

It was an old hotel, but the location is very close to the central station, its right in front of the hotel. The staffs was friendly, quick check in arrangement. Even tough I need to go out of the city, the hotel is willing to keep my daughter 's book for a week before my check in period. We stay there for 10 night, they keep giving a new towel everyday.

In my opinion, the room not clean enough. They didn't provide toilet amenities. No remote to control room temperature. It is very very budgeted hotel. No lock or door handle at bathroom’s door.
