Aston Inn Mataram has a good atmosphere, and the minimarket downstairs is convenient. However, the Superior room feels slightly smaller than other Aston hotels. The bed is spacious, but only two pillows are provided instead of the usual four in a 4-star hotel. Soundproofing is lacking, as traffic noise from outside is clearly heard even on the 7th floor. The room includes a fridge and a kettle, but I would prefer bottled water over the refillable option for hygiene reasons. The bathroom is clean, equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries. However, the shower area is partially open, causing water to spill onto the dry area. Breakfast offers variety but tastes average. On the positive side, the staff is friendly, and check-in/check-out is quick and efficient.

Staff are friendly. It would be better if there was an a la carte breakfast options for people who booked the room without breakfast so you don't have to pay 95K for 2 items (which are bread and fried eggs).

For one day staying with my wife, for family business traveling, this Lombok Raya hotel is the best when I compare with other hotel at Mataram Lombok.

I have many times stay in this hotel, so far No any disappointed. This hotel it 's really comfortable and highly recommended. No debate.

Less of maintenance, the elevator smells not good.

Hospitality need to be upgraded. Keep your best service awards on 2019 stays on- don't lose it. The breakfast they gave always cold food. Not eatable. The massage therapist behavior needs more professional, they speak very loud to her friend outside the room. Her friend even knocked the door very loud while we are inside doing the massage. Bathroom smells like dried pee for years. Looks clean - but it's not. The bedsheet has a lot of stain, pillows musty smell, looks like never wash it.
