Rama Garden Hotel Palu
The staff was convinced they had given us an extra towel that was then missing, and it became a big deal to try and sort out. The staff seemed more concerned with finding a towel, that wasn't even nice, than with customer service.

Clean spacious rooms, local TV, ac, warm water. Regrettably hard mattresses and no restaurant to eat lunch or dinner. Breakfast available.
