- Reception: fast action & well prepared on guest documentation (I saw the bundles of files of the online booking info).
- Officer : helpful & friendly. I booked during the weekdays via online apps (tr*v), the officer let me choose which room would be appropriate (Grace 21 or other I forgot the room #), as long as the price is still the same. They also let me borrowed the mop to double clean the room floor since I still found some debris inside the room.
- Entrance gate : security guard should be on standby (when I arrived there, no guard standby).
- Building : still have the old existing building (DIANA, GRACE, ALEXIS) - see the furniture themselves in the attached photos. There is a new storey (3 floors) : Ameera (looked like hotel rooms) with the rooftop area for sunbathing if the sun is available (I was there during the rainy season).
- Furniture (on the GRACE building that I rented) : still applicable even though they are old enough.
- Room of GRACE : I chose the one that has a living room. There are 4 chairs, 1 table, 1 TV (no coverage wifi connection - better go outside for sightseeing), 1 wardrobe with 1 clothes hanger, 2 queen beds, 1 bathroom with 1 wastafel & shower, each bed has 2 pillows & 1 blanket (I got the itchy rash experience sleeping with those pillows due to the high humidity inside the room, with low sun rays), 4 bath towels (should remind the officer to provide them), 4 bottles of mineral water (at first, we got 2 bottles only but after request, the officer gave the right bottles), 1 towel drying rack, 1 water heater on the bathroom (the water flow was quite swift).
- Swimming pool : during my stay here, we didn't swim because of the cold weather of course the pool water was cold too (there were some leaves falling on the swimming pool & the water was murky). No idea how much was the depth of the pool.
- Restaurant: daily (ala carte) breakfast during the weekdays was fried rice + fried noodle+ sunny side up+shrimp crisp+sambal+pickled cucumb
