This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star quality. They have a spacious, magnificent and modern room. Everything in the room is almost digital. They gave us an extra pillow for each room. A wide and full windows with BSD city view is one thing that can make me spend hours just to admire it in sunset and sunrise. Check in was fabulous. Our request is to have 2 rooms with a connecting door, but the hotel can not provide it. Now here's the special one: our receptionist told me a little secret: we can have our room connected if we upgrade one room to deluxe from superior. So, we did that and voila! Our room is connected! And that makes our 2 room become a magnificent 65 m (or so) single room. Just like a large apartment. Our big thanks to the receptionist for telling us this secret. Their pool is indoor and very gorgeous, tell you what, gorgeous pool with magnificent view is an unforgettable moment. Can't believe we can have this kind of experience in BSD. Breakfast also great, with abundant selection of food with no bargain at the taste (Love the yoghurt). When we stayed, it was at Cap Go Meh event. They had their lontong cap go meh version for breakfast, and tell you what, that is one of the greatest lontong cap go meh I ever taste in my life. They should proud of it and sell it outside rather than only serve it for breakfast menu. Check out also done in a breeze. We also had special experience with the small cafe which sell gelato beside the receptionist area: our kids want gelato so bad with a cone. Unfortunately the cone was out of stock, so they only could serve it in a box or a glass. The very nice thing is: The picture, instead only told that the cone is out, he knelt down, talked seriously with our two kids, tried to make them understand that it was out, and not trying to push us to buy the gelato at all. He was just talking with our kids until they weren't upset anymore, it was a sweet and rare moment. In the end our kids understand, and they had their gelato in a box, and very very enjoy it. Thank you. And I really mean it.

We have a great experience at this hotel because hotel staff giving a birthday surprise for my 7yo son, it such a lovely moment. The room is so cozy and clean, nice pool with nice view to the city, all staff is soo humble full of smile and helping to all guests. We also entertained by clown when having breakfast so the kids is very excited and we can rides a bicycle to enjoy the day. Keep up the good work and hospitality, Grand Zuri. We will definitely come again soon!

Somehow it feels different when entering the hotel premise. 1. The lobby was so nice, health protocol was kept and upheld by the hotel since we first came into. 2. Process check in is simple, no hassle but we have to deposit Rp 50thousand for every each key. The deposit will be refunded when we checked out. 3. The parking available in front of the lobby but with max 4 cars on it, but you can park your car at basement parking zone. 4. In the lobby you can buy many snacks, ice cream, sweeties, and other foods and drinks and guess what its open for 24 hours guys. So don't worry if you get hungry in the middle of nite. Just go to the lobby and your tummy are going to happy 😁. But if you are going to get heavier food just a walk nearby to the next door then you will find a McD store that open for 24 hours too. Fantastic. 5. The morning bites cafe are nice too for having breakfast with quite satisfied meal. 6. The unit was so quite small but I think it ' s worth enough with the cash we put it on.

Hotel Santika is always my favourite. The price is reasonable and the facilities also good. The best thing from the hotel is the breakfast. They have variety breakfast style that you might like, such as western style or indonesian style. And as their signature, they always have the indonesian traditional snacks.

Better than my expectation! I booked this hotel for a one-night escape to Serpong to meet some friends and have fun. Honestly, I hesitated at first. But the hotel surprised me! The staff was super kind. The breakfast (we chose to get it in sahur time) was quite satisfying. We could prefer either Western or Indonesian food for sahur. The Ramadan atmosphere was very well reflected with the music and decoration. I loved the ambiance. The pool is small but clean and there is a space to sit and chill with your friends. The only minus is that the room we stayed was small, though enough for a one-night stay. Also it was connecting to another room from inside and that room was also occupied. That made us a little bit unrest. And the parking lots are not that many, but luckily I had a place every time I tried to park my car. Overall, the experience was quite satisfying for a budget staycation. Thanks for the good service!

We had great night staying here. Check in process was in seconds only, and the staffs were friendly. Comfortable and clean room with tv, well working ac and adequate hot water. Spacious enough for the 4 of us. Breakfast was so great also, true that their foods were delicious. Will come back next time.

I never book any apartment before. So I don't expect too much what it will looks like. From the picture it was good and when we check in it was exactly same with the picture. It was so nice and clean with the price that was so affordable. I thought some kind "it's better than booked hotel if it was this nice" hehe. Maybe if we have some occasion again in BSD area I will booked this apartment again.

Sapphire Sky Hotel & Conference
The staff are very friendly here, loved the location because it's located in uncrowded area, easy access to anywhere such as minimarket or restaurants, the process for checking in are fast and simple, I have been to this hotel for many times if I wanted to stay in BSD area, in conclusion, recommended for a 3stars hotel! I had the opportunity to stay for one night at Grand Zuri BSD City in a Superior Twin Room (Smoking Room), and here’s my experience:
📍 Location
The hotel is in a prime location, close to BSD City’s shopping malls, entertainment hubs, and hangout spots. It’s perfect for both business travelers and those looking to enjoy the city’s vibrant nightlife. With easy access to AEON Mall, The Breeze, and other attractions, it’s very convenient for guests.
🛏️ Room Comfort & Cleanliness
The Superior Twin Room was clean and neatly arranged upon arrival. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the overall room ambiance was pleasant and well-maintained. Despite being a smoking room, there was no overpowering smoke odor, which is a plus for those who prefer fresh air indoors.
❄️ Air Conditioning
The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room at an ideal temperature throughout my stay. This was especially important considering the warm weather outside.
🛎️ Service & Facilities
The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and they were quick to respond to any requests. However, as this was a room-only stay, I didn’t get to experience their breakfast or dining options.

The room was equipped with basic amenities like toiletries, a TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. However, the bathroom was a bit compact, and for those sensitive to smoke, a non-smoking room would be a better choice.
