Amazing place to stay 🥰 good hotel

Staff was very friendly always willing to help. Always smiling faces.

This hotel is great for family vacation. We had the room that we reserved (connected rooms). Nice view from the room. Friendly staffs. But there is always room for improvement. The cleanliness and the completeness of the room amenities should be double checked before confirming that the room is ready. The bar/wait staff by the pool/recreation area need to be more active to up-selling the product. The availability of F&B on the menu should be communicated among the F&B staffs and inform the guests when they take the order. Need to have more menu option in the hotel 's restaurant since it was very limited food outlets outside the hotel. Overall, Nice experience, and one of recommended hotel to stay during vacation with family. Thank you.

Great place for family staycation.

Good experienced, nice place, nice hospitality.

Bed is not exactly double bed but joined twin bed so the center bed is hard and hurtful, their hospitality services needs improvement a lot, the general service though. The facilities around hotel needs cleaning and maintenance, like the conbloc way was too slippery, I have been reviewed at gmaps, the photos already deleted and can not upload in here.

All I can say is, this hotel has seen better days. Well, I can say more but let me just keep it brief.
