I booked this place for 3 nights and had to change my plans. I was unable to secure a refund of the monies paid and was not even offered an option to reschedule or a credit. A terrible way to do business by this establishment. I will never recommend this place to anyone and actively advise fellow travellers to avoid this place. Minus 25 stars.

The New Year celebration here was amazing! Great food, friendly staff, and a comfy room. Definitely coming back! 😁🙏

First arrive bed cover full of hair and dirty. We were long stay, one of the day someone knock on my door 2x but when we ask who is it, nobody responds. Worst part housekeeper that clean our room using my shaver and leave hair everywhere. You can see the housekeeper that work there sleep in guest room while working sometimes. No body bother to help us with luggage while they know we bring a lots of stuff during check in and check out

the place was really uncomfortable at all, even though it's cheap but I can't feel any satisfaction at all because the toilet was so bad and it's disgustingly dirty and too noisy because there is a construction. The place is also smelled damp. the only positive review that I can give, there is a pretty good wifi and get 2 bottles of regular water and that's it. if you ask me do you want to comeback? I'll answer absolutely no without a doubt.

it a worst hotel ever, not reccomended. the room was smell cigarete, ac not cool. I just left the hotel at 10.00 pm move to another hotel.

Make a better room. Need much renovation ฟND pls make detail more picture room
