The hotel itself is really old but maintained well. The location is superb, you can just walk anywhere in the neighbourhood and loads of great places in the area. Hotel service (the hotel staff) are well trained, most of the are seniors, extremely helpful. PS: the hotel carpet smells and the shower is awful.

We stayed a night in Intercontinental Jakarta Pondok Indah last weekend. It's located in Pondok Indah Mall 2 so very strategic. We got early check in at 11 am, very efficient and fast respond. The lobby hotel have a magnificent luxury design. Our classic room also have a luxurious design and very spacious overlooking Pondok Indah Mall 3 and Jakarta cityscrappers. Our bathroom equipped with deep bathub and separate shower and closet. The housekeeping ask us whetever we ask for inroom need. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of food and drink. The swimming pool also the wow factor because they implemented strict healthy protocol. Maximum of 12 guests can enjoy the whole pool with reservation. I think, Intercontinental Jakarta Pondok Indah is the best luxurious hotel in South Jakarta. With best services and facilities, surely we will back here. Thank you intercontinental Jakarta

I book this room for My dad and my sister and they are very happy to stay here. The room was comfortable and clean. Very Strategic place, near to MRT station, malls and many things to stroll around nearby. The breakfast buffets really satisfying. Will come again for the next visit :)

I came early bird before the check in time. Blessed me, I allowed to enter the room at 12 o'clock without extra charge. The room, swimming pool and restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, at breakfast time, there was no standby staff on buffet to serve the food. Some customers was waiting for the staff and the other took the food by themselves (re: covid-19 protocol didn't run well). Hotel rate was very affordable because I got on Epic Sale time 💕

It was a great experience. Stayed here for few days during my home renovation. The staffs were nice and helpful. The room was clean, and they clean it in daily basis. I asked for extra chair as we needed to WFH during the stay, and they provided it. The foods were amazing; Plenty, varies, and taste good. The location is strategic. It is also connected to Dharmawangsa Square so you can eat, go to salon or buy snacks at Ranch Market. There is also Bebek Goreng Pak Joko Putera nearby which you should try!

I have a good experience overall, especially with the administration process from check-in until check-out has a high flexibility process, I have forgotten to give the key back to the reception when check-out, while I'm already at the office, and they give me a solution to coming back to the hotel after office hours to give the key back, which I think that a simple solution with saving so much time for me. And I want to give a compliment to Mr Adrian at the front office, taking care of my administration process very well from check-in until check-out, also accompanied by the key problems. Mr Adrian also gives an extra service even if it's only a simple thing, but it matters. Overall I liked this hotel and everything works fine, but I have a recommendation, maybe the room needs to be installed with full carpet, it will feel more luxurious and warm, which can level up the guest experience. Thank you Sotis hotel, see you on another staycation.

Even though in others side of problem about the room facilities need to be improved and maintain very well. We understood that pandemic condition like this. Most of facilities will be reduced. But still need to keep maintain the building facilities too. So for the next all the facilities and the room ready to use and sell with excellent condition. Anyway. Overall was good. Spending my 2nd birthday staycation at Sutasoma Hotel was a great choice🥳💛. Everything inside the hotel is exactly like what they've advertised. And I think it's even better! Top notch services with friendly staffs. Literally only 2 mins from MRT blok a station, with many restaurant & cafe around. Nice touch of modern Javanese interior design. Fast WiFi for work & streaming, I was even able to upgrade my 2 gadgets OS at the same time. The best part is… their bedroom! Once you lied down, you would've wished to stay there forever 😂🤣. For me Sutasoma Hotel is definitely one of the best 4 stars hotel in Jakarta. I really wish to go back there sooner but it's often fullbooked now. No wonder why ya😆

They are all friendly, easy going and never failed to make me impressed, I felt like being treated as family. One day a staff say hello to me and we chat. The room is big and clean. Toilet is also clean. Breakfast is ala carte and the choices are limited, but they are looking to improve their breakfast situation. Staff are all very friendly, the GM even approached us for feedback. Location is also good. Many malls nearby and we can avoid the traffic jam. The only downside is the noise from the traffic. But it's perfect white noise for some, otherwise, nothing ear plugs can't fix. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay. We'll definitely come back next time.

Stayed here for a few days. The swimming pool is dangerous, where the edge of the pool has sharp rocks and needs to be fixed so as not to injure the pool users. The breakfast here is ordinary and not worth the extra cost. Friendly staff. Clean hotel and spacious room.

The place was small and only has 2 room, man room and woman room with bunk bed. It's just so-so if you just want to stay for a night, just for sleeping and transit. Pro: has a big sofa in the lobby, has kitchen if you want to cook your own meal, WiFi, tall table in the kitchen, free flow water, tea and coffee, clean room and space, has locker cabinet to put you belonging, air con, near Blok M BCA MRT station, about 700 meter. Neighborhood environment was quiet, room has no key! Bunk bed has no curtain. Not hot water for shower, locker was on the lobby, not in the room, and it's small
