Hotels near Springfield School - PB2 Campus

Had a wonderful stay with my family. Staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast included a good variety of Western and Indonesian food. Enjoyed the bright, rooftop restaurant. Room was spacious and clean. Distance walking distance to restaurants and shops.

This hotel has a great location near to malls, I always satisfied when I stayed here.

I was there by 14:00 pm but the room not ready yet, coming back and forward to the reception until several time but the room not ready yet until 16:00. The room is ready around 18:00, how inconvenient. No complimentary, only sorry, even when I was there to check out only have one staff in the front desk. Need more hospitality staff and how to make people satisfaction. Even the location was very good, but the staff need more people and get trained about how to handle about customer satisfaction.

Location is good, food is tasty, room cleanliness good.

Need to pay when check in 200rb, which is same price with pay room.

All of the services from crew was great and so nice. But one thing that pissed me off is the downstairs neighbor they said we’re to noisy when we even didn’t do anything. We just sleep and than having dinner but the downstairs neighbor complaining to the receptionist and than the security from the hotel came to our unit and he said we’re too loud. How come? Maybe the staff should check-out that neighbor first before they blaming us. Thank you
