Located in City center of Medan, I was given an amazing experience by Swiss-Belinn Gajah Mada Medan. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Air Conditioner and Hot Water Working properly. The AC isn't cold and toilet was dirty especially the door. Booked room for 2 person but only give 1 set toothbrush, paste and soap. The bed sheets looks very old.
