It a pleasant moment during our stay, to celebrate Mrs. Local home food's birthday. This accommodation went the extra miles to cater my family's need. The hotel really has every facilities that you need like private beach, sun bed, various restaurants, spa, sport center, fun pools, shopping complex, pretty landscaping and large lobby. I would recommend it to everyone.

Impeccable stay. Stayed at a room in front of the pool. You get free drinks, fruits and snacks for in-house guests near the lobby. Most minibar items were also free of charge. Room was spacious and the interior design was on point (though I notice mostly Javanese interior instead of Balinese). Fisherman's club offers one of the best seafood options in Sanur. The grilled baramundi and roaster cauliflower were cooked to perfection. Prices are relatively affordable when compared with similar hotels in Bali. You can rent a bike for free and try the newly paved Sanur beachwalk, swim in the many pools or participate in the many hotel arranged activies. Would definitely come back for arguably one of the best hotels in Sanur.

Old hotel but clean and so spacious room. Internet wifi is slow, better use cellular internet. The hotel is have direct access to the beach, which is also clean and safe for kids.

Super amaze with this hotel during this difficult situation they managed to keep all the facilities amenities running as it is normal situation. best value of money. totally recommended for family holiday.

Finally had a chance to stay in this hotel again after 12 years. This hotel is one of the old hotel in Bali, but still a good place to stay. Close to the airport, but the environment is so calm and quite. Patra has a huge garden, 3 big pools and very beautiful sunset view ever. My kid loved and enjoyed it so much.

Great place to retreat from busy daily routine. This hotel's clean private beach is a good spot for calming your mind, or to have an outdoor party. The bedroom is clean, with a big bathroom, complete with 2 type of showers and a big bathtub. Only the toiletries, was not refill unless requested. Good food quality for breakfast. And the best part that should be tried at this hotel is their swimming pool. The water is maintain in correct PH balance, very clean and warm. The spa is also recommended to try.

I stayed there with my husband and my 4yo child. I got upgraded to the deluxe room by Pak Darsana when I checked it at 1:30 pm. He assigned me to the first floor, close to the gym and also the pool! What a perfect location! The room was spacious even though it's old but so comfy, I got a long nice sleep and woke up at 6:30 am. The price was affordable for this kind of hotel. The swimming pool was perfect. My child enjoyed the stay so much! The aircon was cold! The hot water worked just perfect! Nothing to complain about. But breakfast selection was limited 😭 overall, 👍🏻! This is the best hotel I've ever stayed! If you stay here, you don't have to go anywhere else, really. I was here for 3 nights with 1 toddler and 1 infant, and very regret that I couldn't stay longer because I had to catch a flight. They have perfect service, excellent private beach, amazing kids club, huge pool, even baby sitter! We took family suite room and the kids loved it, just like we stay on a tree house or in a ship! Breakfast was vary and very delicious, they have the best cappuccino. However, if you want to order food from outside by GoFood or GrabFood, be prepare to walk to security (not in the lobby) to get it. But they can bring a package delivered to your room, and they helped us printing our documents needed for flying overseas. Plus, they have hospital right across the hotel, if you need anything emergency and taking covid test. Our stay was perfect! Definitely will comeback!

The place was beyond the expectations we had based on the pictures. And it was really a good deal for the price. Service is great as well. We were pampered and felt like we are the only ones checked in.
