We just arrived Venice yesterday and the hotel did the best for us by giving a room before check in time, so we could take a good rest. It's location is very good nearby the train station. The room is nice with air condition for the summer time. We really love this hotel.

It was a tiny room with connecting door to my friend’s room. Perfect location near the St Lucia Station.

We only stay one night at this hotel. The location was superb. Very close to Santa Lucia station and take a little bit walk to train shuttle (euro 1.5) to bus station. Breakfast felt like in the upgrade hotel, had a great selection and delicious. We took the family room on the second floor near with storage room. I would recommend this hotel

Hotel location was awesome! only 3 minutes on foot from Santa Lucia Train station, room was spacious & breakfast was great. Love the attentiveness of the staff.

Hotel Arlechino is being renovated instead, guests are allocated to the best western hotel. Location about 20 m from Arlechino hotel. Plus olimpia hotel is much better (can check the room rate). At 12 to check in, 1 room is upgraded canal view plus free breakfast (I book 2 rooms so 2 canal view rooms plus breakfast). Minus canal in front of the olimpia hotel is smaller than canal in front of the hotel Arlecchino, Overall I'm satisfied to stay here. Thanks Traveloka.
