Batu Pahat Mall is a shopping mall located at Jalan Kluang, Kampung Beroleh which is about ten minutes away from the town centre and district of Batu Pahat. Opened to the public in 2007, it is placed near the main road which is close to other facilities such as schools, mosques, petrol stations, supermarkets, commercial centres and many more. As such, the mall is undoubtedly easy to found considering its distinctive design and the strategic location.
It is the biggest mall of its kind in the area and the fourth biggest in the state of Johor. There are at least a hundred of retail outlets spread over four floors, with the main tenants being the Pacific Hypermarket, Pacific Food Junction, Pacific Bowling and Big Cineplex. Managed by Batu Pahat Mall Sdn. Bhd., business runs on a daily basis from 10 am to 10 pm except for Thursdays to Saturdays, it will close half an hour later. Parking spaces are provided free of charge to the visitors.
People driving from Kuala Lumpur may drive through the North-South Expressway (PLUS) / E2 route exiting at North Yong Peng before continuing the journey through Jalan Yong Peng/Route 24 towards Batu Pahat Mall. The journey could take up around two hours and fifty minutes depending on the current traffic situation.
The nearest express bus terminal is located at Jalan Rugayah, Kampung Pegawai. Take the trip directly to Batu Pahat from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) integrated terminal using express bus services such as S&S International Express, Mayang Sari Express and Transnasional Express. From here, hop on a local route bus or taxi to go around the city centre and to the landmark.
