Hello there Up on checking, no electricity in the room. Air condition - panel on the wall was broken and very dangerous to touch. When I tried to adjust the temperature the aircon holder ripped off and noticed it wasn't screwed at all with holder! There was NO remote control to operate, operation only by the above said wall socket with broken buttons and unscrew socket! Very big safety threat! Shower area, shower head and shower hose are very dirty, not clean. Its a hygiene issue! I cleaned the shower area and shower with the shower gel and removed shower head from the hose for me to get ready and go out for my day. I didnt had time to go back reception and report the issues at that time of afternoon. I was held up with electric issue upon check in and I was running late for my meeting. At night, when i came back to hotel manager wasn't around to report the issue. I managed to report the above said issue upon check out with the manager. He inspect ther room and acknowledged the raised issues and apologized. I told him, will raise the issue through Traveloka and claim full refund for that night or complimentary stay for future. He agreed with my decision and waiting for the firmal complain through Traveloka. I'm staying with this property chains since 26.11.2024. So, manager aware me and very understanding when I raised the issue. kindly help me to get full refund or a complimentary stay for a night in future. Look forward to hearing from you ASAP. Comfortable for family & short stay. Value for money.

The good thing room lighting is nice, you can choose to have dime romantic light or reading light. Interior is good. They have qiblat arrow convenience for muslims to pray. The bad thing very small room even if upgrade room.also still.very small. Shower not nice no place or shelves to hook and hang my clothes. They should properly do it's not expensive to install all these things. Even if small room you can fully utilize the space to make it fully functional. Should install big mirror on the wall to make the room.spacious. Only suitable if one night stay only.

Even though it looks clean but I believe they didn't change the bedsheet, there ' s hair on the bed when I checked in and my hands and neck felt itchy when I lay down. There ' s also broken shower faucet in my room luckily they accept my request to provide another room for shower. The staffs seem lack of training and didn't know what to do facing this issue.

Very good place to stay, only the sink is leaking. Others is very good.

Overall is OK. Strategic location. Many mamak restaurants and shops nearby. Komuter station is on the opposite road.

The staff is nice and the room is clean ... The wifi great!

The hotel is no longer operating. Please return my money.

Really good place to stay, clean, spacious and really look like in pictures. My daughters enjoy swimming and gym facilities.
