How to Get There

By Car

To reach Seremban from Kuala Lumpur city centre by car, head off to south via PLUS highway. In about 30 minutes driving, take the exit to Seremban and Nilai and follow the signboard to your destination in Seremban. The journey will be about 1 hour driving. Another alternative is via LEKAS highway where it starts from Kajang and connects you straight to Seremban. LEKAS is the abbreviation of Kajang-Seremban highway. Driving through this highway will take you less than an hour due to its smoother traffic condition compared to PLUS highway.

By Train

You can also get to Seremban by train. From KL Sentral get your train ticket and depart at the mentioned platform straight to Seremban. The journey will take about one and half hour. By train you get enjoy the beauty of a few towns while travelling to Seremban.

State Museum

The Negeri Sembilan Museum or known as State Museum was established in 1953 when the 8th Yamtuan or Ruler of Negeri Sembilan, Tuanku Abdul Rahman gave his consent for moving the Ampang Tinggi Palace from Kuala Pilah to Taman Bunga at Jalan Dato' Hamzah, Seremban. The palace was then turned into the State Museum. Here is a good educational place to take your kids to visit as it acts a window to get to know about th historical period of Negeri Sembilan.
