As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Operation of hotel front desk is from 0700 hours to 2300 hours daily If you wish to check-in beyond front desk operation hours, kindly contact hotel at least 1-day before arrival date for further arrangement.Hotel reserves right collect minimum amount of deposit upon arrival from guest. Amount of deposit is subject to changes. Effective from 1st July 2016, the Kedah State Government imposed a mandatory Tourism Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation (maximum RM9.00 per room per night). This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

Location near Chenang beach. Easy to find restaurants. The resort area is comfortable. God willing will rent again. Perfect for a family vacation. The price is not expensive.

Good and best places to stay for short escape I think. But just a little bit uneasy feel, I choose the bunglow room for stay, 1st of all maybe lavigo should tell customer which room is available, I mean the room infront of pool is full or available. Its nothing but just yeah everybody want their holiday like their plan right. 2nd & last I think lavigo should do something with the security of the door. With just a sliding door its feel so uncomfortable.
