The stay was nice as well as the venue. The crew are accommodating and approachable. However, when it comes to food service, the casa do not serve any food if it was not indicated in the booking. They really have no food to offer. I hope in the future they can offer room service for food, since they're tagline is bed and breakfast for that matter. ☺
Unaccommodating staff, did not even help us with the luggage. Plus, they sounded like they’re talking behind our back only because we can’t understand their language.
Suite: Many stains on the bedsheets, the guard had to replace the sheets since no hotel staff is available at night (late check in). They could've changed the bedsheets ahead of time. Dust is also everywhere, feels like the room was not prepared at all. Water pressure is low, takes time to fill the bucket. Definitely not a good experience.
Our stay was good. I'm gonna give 4.5 stars all in all. The place is clean, in the heart of Jaro we love it. The staff was accomodating as well. I just hoped they established a friendly rapport to us, rather then customer type of approach. Neverthe less the place is nice, worth its price. Me and my barkada loved it.
