Best Hotels in District 12

Old school hotel mostly for locals, and short bang and dance. Clean and pleasant part of Chinatown. Old shop houses selling herbal remedies, recommended.

Value for price and closeness to Ho Chi Minh City. And my first time experiencing this, but they are really strict on ANY outside food and beverages (snacks included) being brought onto the property.

This room is clean and reception is very nice.

Everything is fine, the service is very good, the room is clean and comfortable. But there is no hair dryer in the room as I thought. Near the hotel there are pharmacies, restaurants and markets. Convenient for shopping or eating

Dirty bed sheet, dirty blanket on the 1st day. Bathroom light is so dark. When it rains, the floor (near window and balcony) gets flooded. Can’t contact reception because phone is not working. The people and food are nice but room quality is terrible. At least the bathroom is relatively clean.

room ok, food are good. play room for kids quite big, suitable for children under teen. friendly staffs.

Bad services of front helpdesk, cannot settle client. Actually I already stay thi hotel many times, will not going back to stay anymore.

We booked for a family room but they gave us a double twins. Because the room was smaller, I recognized and required them to change us to the family room. So I think their business attitude is not good. I hope it won't happen again.

Dirty room no one cleaned, dusty, dark hallway without lights, bored and sad to say.

Accommodation is OK, however at night around 11pm someone knocked on the door for 30 minutes (probably someone got the wrong room)
