That ' s time was happy with me when stay there. Breakfast very nice. If service more better like that, we will allaways choose in the future. Thank for serving me!

The staff is not supported and professional. I called the hotel to ask for red invoice help, the way they answered the phone call was unmindful, felt like “oh really”, then they said they would transfer my requirement to the related department to be supported but they never called back. I booked the executive suite room, the room was big but the AC was too small and that night was so hot, I even couldn’t sleep tight. Never back to this one

This hotel is located at convinience area. The amenities was good and complete. The room not spacious but comfort enough. The room and hotel was clean and neat. Also, they provided a generous breakfast with a vary menus such as vietnamese, american and kind of salad and fruit. The taste was good. One thing that can be improved, the make up room. I don't know whether I need to notify to the receptionist or not, I put make up room signage on the door, but they didn't do at all.

Cosy place & quaint interior even though rooms are not very big. Room amenities were well supplied. Improvements can be made on the choked shower drainage that caused flooding. Water supply was cut off while I was taking shower. A lot of mosquito perhaps due to the plants around balcony & room. Complimentary coffee even though no breakfast served.

Historical, enthusiastic, fun host. If you have the opportunity to return to Hanoi
