I was arriving late at night (around 10pm) for check in. Everything was perfectly smooth (check in process fast and clear). I also request for early breakfast for 4 pax by box for the next morning to be ready at 5.30am. The staff noted my request then I left to my room with my husband and parents. Room is clean and well maintained (considering that this is 2-3 stars facilities) Here ' s some troublesome part begin. 1. The lift. Fame still use insert card system in the lift for access guest room floor which I tried around 10 minutes but it doesn't work. Luckily there ' s security escorting other guest he showed us how it works. And the inserting system really troublesome as you have to pull out the card as fast as you can and enter the floor number as fast as you can. It ' s really crazy how they can implement this system which is not efficient (when you have tapping card system) 2. Early Breakfast Box Request. Here ' s the part where I was truly disappointed with the service and I don't ever think to ever stay at fame again. I came down to reception at 5.28am find out my breakfast box that I have requested last night wasn't there yet. The reception guy directly went to kitchen and they process my boxes. The reception guy then return to the desk and play with his phone. 5.35 am other guest which is lady in chinese decent directly went to the kitchen requesting her 2 boxes as well. Still no action taken by your front office guy as he ' s busy with phone. I watched in front of my eyes that your staff give my 2 boxes to that lady. Which she ' s coming later than me and that lady left earlier than me. I approach the kitchen and found out they have to make again from beginning the 2 boxes which means another waiting time for me that have been waiting from 5.28am. There ' s no gesture of apology come from your staff (front desk or kitchen) and even your front desk guy busy to blame your kitchen staff for this case.
