— What You Can Expect —

Avoid the crowds on this relaxed exploration of the famous Blue Mountains! Explore the changing moods of the marvelous formations in the late afternoon sunlight, and capture the sunset over the rugged ranges and valleys.

Take it easy and avoid the rush hour with a late morning departure to one of the world's most spectacular World Heritage-listed national parks. Located 50 km from Sydney CBD, the Blue Mountains is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna and is rich in Aboriginal heritage. Don't miss your chance to see this rugged mountain range of unique sandstone formations and steep cliffs. Take in the views of its dramatic landscape, surrounded by giant eucalyptus trees that create a blue haze, hence its namesake.

Continue to explore the amazing Jamison Valley after a lunch stop. Get up close to the iconic Three Sisters and learn more about this storied sandstone formation. Hike along some impressive bush trails toward one of the most breathtaking waterfalls in New South Wales. Then, settle in to watch the sun setting behind the distant mountains, casting shadows over the rock formations and eucalyptus forests.

On the journey home, take a quick break to grab some dinner before kangaroo spotting! Many of Australia’s native animals are much more active at dusk, so keep your eyes peeled as you explore some secret spots where they'll most likely be found.
