Regarding your case, Sim2Go would like to explain further: The time for customers to receive eSIM will be from 8:30 to 21:30 every day (according to Sim2Go's working hours). Your order was placed at 23:43 on Saturday evening, so the eSIM may be sent later than you expected. In addition, according to information from the system, Sim2Go noticed that you received the eSIM via email the next morning and the eSIM was successfully used. Sim2Go regrets this inconvenience and hopes to continue serving you on your upcoming trips.
