The place is nice, the staff are friendly, we booked far in advance but when we arrived we couldn't get the seats we ordered, we went back and forth looking for a place to sit but there were none, even though the places/tickets we ordered in the Pavilion were mostly empty but we couldn't sit or order because it said reserve, even though we arrived at 17.15 until 20.30 the place was empty, we explained that we had booked the tickets through Traveloka, maybe the empty place was ours to book, we asked to be checked but it still didn't work, finally because we were thirsty we just stood at the end to order drinks. We paid 650,000 and couldn't buy a tomb because we couldn't get a seat, the rest of the deposit we ended up taking away Come here, the vibes are so you don't get it

All staff are very helpful and informative. Spacious place and clean and complete facilities.

Our family had a good time at Atlas. The staff were friendly and proactive in checking in a few times during our stay. The facilities even though some of them were closed for new year party preparations were top quality. Food was of good quality also.

The atmosphere is nice, but unfortunately not all the lights are turned on. Overall it's okay for those who want a relaxing holiday to Bali

I was unlucky when I arrived just after it rained, I just sat down on the sofa bed and was greeted by a storm😂. Thank God the staff was kind enough to find a seat inside the restaurant. The food was okay, except the pizza didn't have enough toppings🙏

The ticket queue is unclear, the officers are insensitive The only Atlas officer who made an impression was the one at the Bar who invited us to sit down The rest were just indifferent and didn't care

Highly recommended, for those who bring children, it is still safe to bring children because there are play facilities for children. It's just that when redeeming tickets it takes quite a long time and the road to Atlas is very congested until I finally walk 1.4km

The staff is nice and friendly, the place is very nice, But the area is limited, almost all must be reserved, reservations for the night but the day is already locked, for reservations try to give a time, so that no guests come and don't get a place, there are many cases where people have entered and then left again.
